Out of Network Benefits

I am an out-of-network provider. What this means is I do not directly bill insurance for treatment. However, it is possible that your insurance may cover my services as an out-of-network provider. If you have a PPO, I can provide a “super bill” that you could submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

What is a “superbill”? A super bill is a detailed record of payment. This will include codes that specify the service provided with my license number.

WHAT TO ASK YOUR INSURANCE PROVIDER

Do I have coverage for an out-of-network mental health provider? What is my deductible? What is my co-insurance payment? How many sessions do I get per year? Do I need authorization for my sessions? What details do I need to submit a Superbill?

SLIDING SCALE

I reserve serval spots on my schedule to make therapy financially feasible. A sliding scale based on household income may be offered If you do not think you can afford my full fee. Please feel free to contact me with any further questions. If I am unable to work with you, I am happy to provide referrals to another wonderful therapist that can provide you quality care.
